Highly doubtful: Transmission of HIV from contaminated tattoo gun is theoretically possible but certainly rare. In order for you to contract HIV, you would have to be given a HIV contaminated device within a short time after it was used on a HIV infected person. Since you have been healthy for 8 yrs , the chance for HIV is extremely low. A definite answer would be testing for HIV however.
