HIV FROM TATTOO NEEDLE: YOU SHOULD BE AFRAID AND BE CAUTIOUS. THERE ARE MANY CASES REPORTED WHERE INFECTED TATTOO NEEDLES HAD TRANSMITTED HIV INFECTION. NO PERCENTAGE OR NUMBERS ARE AVAILABLE BUT IT CAN AND DOES HAPPEN.

It depends: if the tattoo is done properly with a new needle and fresh ink none if they are using used needles and ink from another tattoo there is a risk probably more of hepatitis but HIV would be a possibility
