Nothing: Nothing will happen , only the tattoo will be gone, as long as the procedure is done under aseptic condition ( good hygienic condition).

All good: The treatment is fine with HIV and would not be expected to further compromise your immune system. It is minimally invasive and may break skin/cause bleeding so be sure to share your complete medical history with the specialist.

Normal response: The cell line involved in removing your tattoo is not the same cell line that "eats" the tattoo ink after exposure to q switched lasers. So your response will be normal and in time you will lose the tattoo. However, please make everyone aware of your medical issue, the later treatments will require higher laser energy and at that time blood splatter risking exposure to everyone in the room.
