HIV test: I'm pretty sure you're the person who asked at least two other questions about HIV, testing, anxiety about the result, etc. It is very rare that people with symptoms like yours have HIV, but it's possible. Very unlikely but possible. An "indiator"? Sure. Just have an HIV blood test. Stop screwing around and just do it.
