Ibuprofen dose. : If you just did this the once, it's doubtful you did anything bad. Just be careful in the future - read medication bottles carefully for dose and frequency, even if it's a seemingly simple OTC medicine.

No problem : You may have some stomach upset though. Just don't take any more for a day or so, if pain killers are needed, use acetaminophen, (Tylenol), wish you well
