What blood pressure range is ok to take ibuprofen if i'm on metoprolo 25mg per day? and what dosage of ibuprofen can one take daily while on bp medication? tooth ache & slightly swelling. tylenol only works for about an hour after taking it.

Wrong approach: ibuprofen (or any other analgesic) will not cure a toothache, only temporarily block pain sensation transfer as the infection spreads to other organ systems. See your Dentist to treat the cause of the infection and to balance your meds. You didn't provide your BP levels. If required Dentist will communicate w your Cardiologist to address your questions. Don't try to self medicate.
