No, your: your gallbladder won't rupture. The degree of contraction following CCK injection is calculated as the Ejection Fraction(EF, normal greater than 40%). Low EF usually implies Functional Gallbaldder Disorder in the absence of other findings. Your gallbladder will not rupture under these circumstances, eventually some emptying will occur.
