May need MRI: The chances a re you are still experiencing mild, transient effects from your mishap - i.e. mild concussion. My advice is to return to the ER where you were treated and let them decide whether to proceed further. An undiagnosed head injury would dangerous for you and disastrous for them so they will pay attention. If not, seek a 2nd opinion from a neurologist.
