Suffering from severe abdomen cramps. Went to ER and had colitis. Gastro did colonoscopy and found only large lymph nodes. I've had moderate symptoms 5x a week for 6 months. Stool sample found nothing. Poo smells like sulphur. What to do next?

Is this likely serious ? Colonoscopy 2019 for bleeding and loose stools/cramps . High cal protectin level. Normal result . Now experiencing similar symptoms and high protectin level again ? Likely causes ? Could it still be ibs with high protectin ?
IBD. I have loose stools, erythema nodosum, I have had a positive IBD test, A positive ana. I have stiff ankles, high sed rate and CRP. But a neg colonoscopy. Could I still have Crohn's?
