Water Intake: Urinating 5-6x in a 12-hour span of daytime is normal. Reducing that would mean you would be dehydrating yourself. It may be an inconvenience to go to the bathroom, but good health is worth the walk. Keep drinking water, juices and other non-carbonated, non-caffeinated beverages. See urologist: Frequency can have many etiologists. The most common is infection but usually not unless chronic low grade infection. You are young but incomplete emptying of the bladder due to enlarged prostate.Small capacity bladder can also affect emptying. Neurologic changes can affect emptying of the bladder. Kidneys need to be checked for overproducing urine, renal disease.Should see urologist.
