Yes if tested for!: Your age is stated at 23 so I'm confused as to the Pediatrician. If it is a regular urinalysis it most likely will not test for marijuana. If it is a urine drug screen it most likely will be positive. THC can take up to a month to leave the body, however, all drug tests are not as sensitive. Good luck and keep healthy.

Most pediatricians: stop seeing their patients at 22, and your profile says you are 23. If you are an adult, you have to consent to drug testing, so don't consent. If you are not an adult, you shouldn't be pretending you are.

If they run: the urine for a drug screen yes. If they just do a routine urinalysis it does not check for drugs. The best solution is not to use the drugs in the first place, then you don't have to worry.

It can if...: They are specifically looking for cannabis use. General urine samples do not routinely check for cannabis use. Marihuana can be detected in the urine for several weeks in infrequent users.
