Various Causes.: Having WBCs in your urine without symptoms is described as sterile pyuria. This depends also on how many WBCs are present. This can be due to many conditions including contamination, various infections including STIs, inflammatory conditions etc. I would discuss with your provider and have them review your full urinalysis to see if there are any other abnormalities present and review your history.
