Sciatica: The answer to your pain is simple -start out with a regular break of a short walk every few hours, get a pedometer to measure steps, and stop sitting so much - get a standing desk that can adjust and you pain will go away with time !

An approach: Taking a 20-30 minute walk at least 3 times weekly would be a good start. If you swim, do this about 2-3 times weekly. You may have deconditioning associated with excess weight, and dietary measures may also be advised. Start slowly with all of this, and do not try to get to full goals immediately. Have faith in yourself and you will get there.
