Continued follow up: Depending on how long ago, the cone biopsy was, continued surveillance with Pap smears every 6 months to a year is appropriate. When the Pap result is ASCUS, typically HPV testing is done as reflex testing, was this done? In summary, you need not worry, no further treatment other than continued monitoring is necessary.
