Can squamous metaplasia cause an ascus pap result? had leep for cin 2, 10 months ago. just had f/u pap, came back ascus w/ squamous metaplasia. f/u colpo showed no lesions. doc said 1 year pap f/u now. likelihood ill get cin grade again by then?

Maybe, maybe not: CIN can recur after appropriate treatment, however it is not present in the ASCUS/squamous metaplasia of today's report. It is a good idea to continue follow up pap smears regularly to get early notification if CIN does recur.
