Been sick for about a month. just completed 10 day round of antibiotics - feel no better. i have a lump above my tooth, in the gums that is painful. told by doc it was there due to sinus infection but it is still there. shld i go to gp or dentist?

Dentist: Sounds like you have a dental abcess. You need to consult a dentist or endodontist. Good luck

Have your Dentist: Take an x-ray. That'll tell you if it's the tooth.

Dentist: Sinus treatment does not seem to be effective for you. Your description, however, makes me think that your problem is dental not Medical. Could very well be an infected (abscessed) tooth. Please see your General Dentist or a root canal specialist, an Endodontist.
