See a doctor: Since I cannot see how damaged your eye is, I would suggest you go in for a complete eye exam to check for blood in the eye and other possible secondary injuries like angle recession, PVD and retinal tears. Sometimes the red surface of the eye is just the tip of the iceberg. Best wishes.
