I am not: ...An obgyn but i believe if the orthodox natural way fails one coud harvest the eggs from after hormonal stimulation, fertilize them in vitro and than re-implant the fertilized eggs / embryos into the uterus. However, i would highly suggest you to discuss the issue with your obgyn!
