Infertility : An infertility evaluation should be done when couples fail to conceive after 12 months of frequent unprotected intercourse. It should also be offered to women over the age of 35. Basic evaluation should include semen analysis, assessing ovulation status by history or labs and a hysterosalpingogram to evaluate Fallopian tubes and whether there is any abnormal anatomy
