Return: If you're experiencing significant and persistent abdominal distress along with vomiting and blood in vomitus which is very concerning, I recommend that you return to the emergency room where a gastroenterologist can be called in depending upon the assessment by the ER physician. Hemorrhagic gastritis or bleeding peptic ulcer are possibilities.
