Ive been experiencing constant nausea for the past 3 weeks. along with the on and off heartburn, vomiting and recently, an intense cramp in my upper abdomen just before throwing up. my stools are sometimes normal and sometimes loose. what could it b?

GI illness: May be infection with H pylori a common bacteria associated with gastritis or camphylobacter or parasite like amebiasis /giardia. Have a stool sample tested. Or may be gallbladder -do ultrasound. Rarely could be early inflammatory bowel though stool usually contains blood issues) In the era of corona virus could be manifestation of coronavirus. Also check for pregnancy test if female F/u/ w/ MD
