Possible Abscesses: It sounds like you may have some folliculitis or abscesses with or without cellulitis. You may need antibiotics and possible drainage of the abscesses if they are fully formed. Analgesia like paracetamol and ibuprofen will help but also running hot soapy water as often as it is convenient and should help. You should let a doctor take a look at it to make sure that it is not something else.
