Hidradenitis: Hidradenitis suppurativa is an condition found in this area in which apocrine glands become inflamed. Sinus tracts and cysts can develop as a result. Flareups are treated with oral and topical antibiotics. In severe recurrent cases, the problem areas can be removed by plastic surgeons. Minimizing friction by wearing comfortable clothing is recommended. See a dermatologist to check for this.
