Purple bump: Could be a hemangioma, blood blister from trauma, venous lake. Have it checked by a dermatologist.

Red dot: Probably a hemangioma, which is a growth of blood vessels. See a dermatologist to make sure it's ok and they can offer a treatment such as laser.
