Bump: It appears that you may have impetigo or folliculitis of your thigh. First, stop popping the pimples. You are spreading the infection that way. Second, take baths with warm soapy water to which you have added 3-4 tablespoons of household bleach. After the bath apply antibiotic ointment to your pimples.If pimples spread or enlarge, consult your doctor for possible oral antibiotics

Abscess: this is most likely an abscess with multiple areas of connections. You need to be seen by a physician to have this opened and drained and started on antibiotics. Do not attempt this yourself.
