I did an ultrasound scan and the results reviewed there is a fluid in the pouch of douglas and my ovaries are normal so what is wrong with me?

Nothing: The pouch of Douglas or the cul-de-sac is the low point in the pelvis and any fluid will tend to collect there. A small amount is common and usually is not significant. It may represent residual from ovulation.
