Nonspecific findings: Free fluid could be transient from a normal rupture of a common ovarian cyst. This means nothing. The fluid could be from a cause that may need follow up however. Mild prominence of an ovary is also vague. A repeat U/S may be in your future as the test is without much risk and not terribly expensive. This would exclude a persistent process which may be significant. Clinical correlation is needed.
