If 1 in 50 people has a brain aneurysm, why aren't all people screened for them?

Statistics: Though 1/50 people may have a small aneurysm, but the incidence of larger aneurysms that do pose a higher risk is much lower. Only 1/10,000 will cause symptoms. If we operated on everyone with small aneurysms, we would harm more people than will be harmed by the aneurysms!
