Difficult to tell: There are no good statistics for your specific case although most people would agree that you have possibly an increased risk over the general population. I would talk to a specialist about your history some more and whether or not screening might be a good idea for you in particular.

MRA/CTA: If you are so concerned about a cerebral artery aneurysm, just cut to the chase, get a mra /cta brain circle of willis and know for a fact if you do have any aneurysm or not. If you do have one then go see neurosurgeon and see if there is anything that can be done instead of wasting time speculating.
