Sadly yes: One can not predict, some pts do have family history of brain aneurisms, so one should be vigilant and should get mri/mra done of brain.

Technically, yes.: But you're more likely to get in a car wreck, so wear your seatbelt! and the most common cause of brain aneurysms is smoking, so don't smoke!
