Depends: On size of aneurysm and shape also. Smoking, high blood pressure, and straining increase risk of rupture. Talk to your neurosurgeon to get a follow up plan and discuss rupture risk. If it bleeds you can die. Aneurysms can be treated with coils or surgical clip.
