My b2 might be low from my diet and might be good to take a supplement of b complex including b2 at 2.5mg which may help reduce migraine aura .nhs in uk say 40mg is safe max.but i see reports of 400mg a day for migraine may reduce aura ,is this safe?

Very safe: 2 well-conducted studies show that 400 mg of B2 was very effective in cutting migraines in half or more in the majority of those who took it and both studies found it "safe" (no serious side effects, though some minor ones).
