A member asked:

On excessive, foul-smelling gi gas: which protein sources are easily digested, low-fodmap & low in sulphur? am awaiting diagnostics (culture, imaging)

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Foul odor: You're correct in assuming foods high in sulphur cause foul smelling gas. Google " foods high in sulphur" and avoid them. You could also try taking activated charcoal for treatment. A gastroenterologist can advise you best on this matter.
