I have with a hypoechoic 2.4 lesion, non specific suggestive of hemorrhagic cyst on ovary or endo. i have nausea, weight gain, and pain. would this be simple or complex? it doesn't say. i have been sent to a gyno but no appt for a while. thanks

Ultrasound: report must explain the nature of the consistency of the cyst; however, since no massive enlargement or septation is noted, this "sound" like a simple cyst. The ultrasound must be reviewed by your GYN.
