Had my left ovary taken out two months ago and my right taken 10 years ago due to a endo cyst that was on it. why am i still getting my period?

Two causes: The most likely cause is that the cyst was removed but not the entire ovary and therefore a partial functioning ovary remains. The rarer second cause is the use of hormones in a sequence that would induce a period.
