Hemorrhagic Cyst: Since you are trying to get pregnant, do a quantitative BHCG pregnancy test to rule out a early intrauterine pregnancy or a ectopic pregnancy. If this is negative, then this is most likely a hemorrhagic corpus luteum cyst. Do a follow up ultrasound in 6 weeks to confirm it is gone before you resume your infertility treatments.
