I have myofascial pain in the neck with a bulging disk at c4 c5 c6 c7. would this cause burning and numbness pain in the neck and down both arms?

Yes: The neuropathy pain down the arms and the neck region can all be from the disc issues. Try some physical therapy. Will make the area stronger and more flexible. Hopefully take away the pain as well
