Sleep/diet/exercise: Future growth is dependent on whether the growth centers in your long bones remain open. Most have closed by 18 yo in males. If your family has a history of delayed growth, these may be open and growth possible.An x-ray of your wrist and hand can detect your bone maturity.If the index is consistent with 18, you are done, if 14 you can grow more.

Unlikely to increase: Good growth usually stops between the ages of 17 and 19. This is largely determined by genetics and nutrition. There is very little you can do at the age of 17 to increase your height. I suggest that you get regular exercise and eat a nutritional diet.
