4 basic factors: 1- what do you eat? ( diet) 2- what do you do and how often? ( exercise) 3- who are you? ( mentally ) : i.e.- a photo of yourself looking the best you ever looked pasted to your dressing room mirror. 4- Trick your body into feeling full: 8-10 glasses f water/day, cereals, bran fiber. Just for starters.
