Not really: Bulging disc atc5/c6 can cause pain in left upper arm and fore arm but will not cause referred pain in thoracic facet joint area.

Dermatome: The c5, C6 and t1 share same motor and sensory dermatome that is responsible for upper extremities hence can have pain in upper extremities and uppermostchest and back.
