I have a pain in my right ankle. i may have twisted it last year. it has been hurting since oct. it does not hurt when i walk , just when i turn it?

Ankle tendinitis: Ankle injuries if left untreated can continue to bother you months after the initial injury. You may have caused some ligamentous tears that have scarred and now are causing you pain. Seek a specialist. See a podiatrist or sports orthopedist.

See ortho: May have just have a sprain but also possibly a tear. The pain should not be there that long.
