My surgeon diagnosed me with a spigelian hernia after an us. however 9 months later the hernia doesn't show on us or ct scan. should leave untreated??

Abdominal wall: hernias, in general, require operation when they become symptomatic. If you are having symptoms, you should have your surgeon repair it immediately. If not, it can, generally speaking, wait.
