CT: Umbilical hernia is a defect of the wall of your abdomen around the umbilicus. Wedge in your lung may mean that part of your lung doesn't get enough air and has collapsed; enlarged liver is just that enlarged. See your doctor that ordered the ct and discuss it with him.

Need to see it: Need to see the report and images to advise on something like this. The real question is why the ct was ordered (what were they looking for)? This is a conversation you should really be having with your doctor that ordered the ct. If you don't have someone to speak with about it, consider finding one and take a copy of the images with you so they can be looked at.
