New evaluation.: Four months is entirely too long to continue treating an injury and not see any improvement. Soft tissue injuries include a host of possibilities of tissue types and degrees of trauma. I would think it is time to find the definitive cause and extent of the injury. Only then can a more productive treatment protocol be instituted. Have some new eyes evaluate your ankle.
