Paresthesia.: As long as the problem limits itself to the tip of one toe and you have no underlying medical conditions such as diabetes, you might wait to see if the condition resolves itself. Nerves can sometimes be stretched, compressed or affected as to disrupt their normal conduction and the result is a numbness or tingling. To remove all doubt, consult with a specialist.
