Is it normal for the outer tip of my big toe to tingle pretty intensely for a few hours then cause a numb-like feeling, almost like a pins and needles, but only when i touch it, for a few weeks? my other toe isnt like this. what could cause it?

There are many things that can cause an isolated pain, including an injury, arthritis, and gout, among others. If your pain persists, see your primary care doctor. Good luck.
