Anxiety shows itself: In may ways. Once can mentally obsess over things that frighten the person or do behaviors to keep danger away, e.g., ritual behaviors, checking and re-checking. Physically there can be heart palpitations, shortness of breath, sweating, sleeplessness, etc. Yes, see your doctor because you may have both physical and psychological issues. See psychologist also. If indeed you do have a meningioma, it is important to know that these are slowly growing tumors that often cause no symptoms. But if you are aware that one is present, anxiety is quite normal and appropriate. Cannot separate out your other issues, which may have varying causes. Best to discuss all of this once MRI results are known.
