Repeat MRI 1 year.: Most small, stable (not growing bigger), and asymptomatic (not causing any pain or neurological dysfunction like weakness, seizures, etc) meningiomas may be followed clinically and radiologically. The follow up decreases if patient is asymptomatic and meningioma is stable on multiple mri. Good luck!
