No: Alcohol is not good for you, with or without the meningiomas. For monitoring meningiomas, follow your doctor's advice.

1 year: is probably fine. Meningiomas are relatively common benign tumors. They are generally very slow growing and often show no appreciable change over the course of years. If small and asymptomatic, no treatment is usually necessary. Drinking alcohol will have no effect on the meningiomas.
