Not likely: Most women complete their growth about the age of 13-15, corresponding to closure of their growth plates. It would be extremely rare for a 24 year old woman to still be growing.

Height seems to vary (510.5 to 6), and not just time of day. Is this normal? Could dehydration be a factor (I drank a lot this w/e) cause it? Are there any natural ways (eg yoga) to stretch the spine to get another 1.5 or more at my age?
